Hi, I'm Rachel, and I started The Mumma Manager because I refused to choose between my career and my kids.

After my son was born, going back to mainstream work just didn't fit anymore. I have a daughter and a son, and I had them because I wanted to be with them, especially while they're little. Sitting in an office for someone else's schedule, missing the small stuff, that wasn't the life I'd pictured.

So I built something different.

The Mumma Manager isn't just a business. It's the proof that you don't have to pick.

I built it around my family, and now I help other mums do the same thing. Because the reason most mums in business are drowning in admin isn't a lack of effort. It's a lack of the right support.

That's what I'm here for.

Meet the Mumma behind the management.

What I Bring

I've worked across a range of industries, allied health and mental health practices, business coaching, digital marketing, e-commerce, and holistic health. I'm not precious about the learning curve. I pick things up fast and I get on with it.

I'm across Medicare billing, third-party funding like VOCAT and FAS, inbox management, invoicing, scheduling, SOPs, onboarding, and the general mountain of admin that comes with running a small business.

How I Work

I don't do rigid packages or locked-in contracts. Every client is different, and the support I offer reflects that.

We'll start with a conversation. You tell me what's on your plate, I scope the work, and we agree on what makes sense. Clear expectations from the start — that matters to me.

I work with trust. I'll need the autonomy to get things done in my own way, and in return you get reliable, consistent support from someone who genuinely cares whether your business is running well.

What I'm Not Here For

I'll be upfront: I don't work with clients who need someone available 24/7 or who want to micromanage how the work gets done. That's not the right fit, for either of us.

What I am here for: mums and practitioners who are ready to hand something over and trust someone to handle it. If that's you, we're probably going to get along really well.

Want to know if we're a good fit?

Get in touch. No hard sell, no pressure, just a real conversation.
